An Act relative to HLTV 111 tests.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 70F of chapter 111 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the 
2following paragraph:-
3 Notwithstanding the above, if the person’s blood has come in contact with another person 
4who may be infected thereby, such tests shall be performed and the result made known to the 
5person who may have been infected despite the inability or refusal of the person to give written 
6consent.
