| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. The first paragraph of subsection (a) of Section 222 of Chapter 111 of the |

| 31 | 31 | | 2General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 3following sentence:- The department shall create, implement and maintain mandatory baseline |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 4concussion testing for all high school aged athletes enrolled in public school or any school, |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 5private or otherwise, that is subject to the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6rules. |

| 36 | 36 | | 7 SECTION 2. Said Section 222 of said Chapter 111, as so appearing, is hereby amended |

| 37 | 37 | | 8by striking out the word “The”, in line 25, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- In |
