| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Paragraph (1) of subsection (k) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General |

| 31 | 31 | | 2Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following |

| 33 | 33 | | 4 “free Medicare Part A non-eligibility” – payments by individuals to obtain Medicare Part |

| 34 | 34 | | 5A insurance due to non-eligibility for free Medicare Part A. |
