30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Paragraph (1) of subsection (k) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General |

31 | 31 | | 2Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following |

33 | 33 | | 4 “free Medicare Part A non-eligibility” – payments by individuals to obtain Medicare Part |

34 | 34 | | 5A insurance due to non-eligibility for free Medicare Part A. |

35 | 35 | | 6 SECTION 2. Paragraph (2) of subsection (k) of said section 6 of said chapter 62, as so |
