2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Paragraph (a) of part B of section 3 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as so appearing in
3232 2the 2016 official edition, is amended by inserting after subparagraph (19) the following
3333 3subparagraph:-
3434 4 (20) An amount donated to a public institution of higher education foundation, as defined
3535 5by section 5 of chapter 15A.
