| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is |

| 32 | 32 | | 2hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:- |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 Section 15YYYYY. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4month of May as Huntington’s Disease Awareness Month in Massachusetts. |

| 35 | 35 | | 5 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
