An Act regarding Huntington's Disease Awareness Month.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is
2hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-
3 Section 15YYYYY. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the
4month of May as Huntington’s Disease Awareness Month in Massachusetts.
5 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
