| 29 | 29 | | 22020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “or (9) geothermal energy” in |

| 30 | 30 | | 3line 44 and inserting in place thereof the following:- (9) geothermal energy; or (10) fusion |

| 32 | 32 | | 5 SECTION 2. Said section 11F of chapter 25A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by |
