2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 SECTION 1: Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, a debt collector
2929 2and a consumer shall be permitted to consider other options of payment.
