An Act relative to the collection of debt.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1: Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, a debt collector 
2and a consumer shall be permitted to consider other options of payment.
