28 | 28 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
---|
29 | 29 | | of the same, as follows: |

30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 14 or section 18 of chapter 176 of |

31 | 31 | | 2the Acts of 2011, or any general or special law to the contrary, the state retirement board shall re- |
---|
32 | 32 | | 3calculate, as of the effective date of his retirement, the retirement allowance of Francis J. Doyle, |
---|
33 | 33 | | 4a member of the state employees retirement system. This act shall not affect any other retirement |
---|
34 | 34 | | 5benefits to which Francis J. Doyle may otherwise be entitled. The state retirement board may |
---|
35 | 35 | | 6take any appropriate steps required to complete the re-calculation. |

36 | 36 | | 7 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
