2727 An Act relative to pension parity.
2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 14 or section 18 of chapter 176 of
3131 2the Acts of 2011, or any general or special law to the contrary, the state retirement board shall re-
3232 3calculate, as of the effective date of his retirement, the retirement allowance of Francis J. Doyle,
3333 4a member of the state employees retirement system. This act shall not affect any other retirement
3434 5benefits to which Francis J. Doyle may otherwise be entitled. The state retirement board may
3535 6take any appropriate steps required to complete the re-calculation.
3636 7 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
