An Act to amend the provisions of Chapter 381 of the Acts of 2020 to continue the town of 
Hingham senior means-tested property tax exemption.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 6 of Chapter 381 of the Acts of 2020 is hereby deleted to remove the 
2expiration date of said Act to allow for the continuance of the Town of Hingham Senior Means-
3Tested Property Tax Exemption.
