2828 An Act authorizing the continued employment of Jerry Shampang as an environmental police
2929 officer in the executive office of energy and environmental affairs.
3030 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3131 of the same, as follows:
3232 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Jerry
3333 2Shampang, an environmental police officer in the executive office of energy and environmental
3434 3affairs, may continue to serve in that position until he reaches 70 years of age or the date of his
3535 4retirement or non-reappointment, whichever occurs first. No further deductions shall be made
3636 5from the regular compensation of Jerry Shampang under Chapter 32 of the General Laws for any
3737 6service performed subsequent to his reaching the age of 65.
3838 7 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
