30 | 30 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
---|
31 | 31 | | of the same, as follows: |
---|
32 | 32 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Jerry |
---|
33 | 33 | | 2Shampang, an environmental police officer in the executive office of energy and environmental |
---|
34 | 34 | | 3affairs, may continue to serve in that position until he reaches 70 years of age or the date of his |
---|
35 | 35 | | 4retirement or non-reappointment, whichever occurs first. No further deductions shall be made |
---|
36 | 36 | | 5from the regular compensation of Jerry Shampang under Chapter 32 of the General Laws for any |
---|
37 | 37 | | 6service performed subsequent to his reaching the age of 65. |
---|
38 | 38 | | 7 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
---|
