An Act authorizing the town of Tewksbury to lease the Trahan Elementary School for a term of
years not exceeding 99 years.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 3 of chapter 40 of the General
2Laws or of any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Tewksbury may lease the
3Louise Davy Trahan Elementary School for a term of years not exceeding 99 years.
4 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
