14 | 14 | | 42A, 2B and 2C of this act, for the several purposes and subject to the conditions specified in this |

15 | 15 | | 5act, are hereby made available through December 31, 2030, subject to the laws regulating the |
---|
16 | 16 | | 6disbursement of public funds, which sums shall be in addition to any other amounts previously |

192 | 192 | | 182Reimbursement Fund, which shall be a separate, non-budgeted special revenue fund and |

193 | 193 | | 183administered by the secretary of technology services and security. The secretary shall expend |

194 | 194 | | 184money from the fund for information technology projects related to the commonwealth’s health |

195 | 195 | | 185and human services. There shall be credited to the fund: (i) amounts equal to any federal |

196 | 196 | | 186financial participation revenues claimed and received by the commonwealth for eligible |

197 | 197 | | 187expenditures made from this fund or from eligible expenditures made in direct connection with |

198 | 198 | | 188eligible expenditures made from this fund; and (ii) interest earned on any money in the fund. |
