2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1. Section 91 of said chapter 71, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is
3232 2hereby amended by adding the following subsection:- (f) For the purposes of transportation
3333 3reimbursements only, a recovery high school shall be considered a regional school, subject to
3434 4appropriation.
