An Act providing opportunity for youth with substance use disorder.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 91 of said chapter 71, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is 
2hereby amended by adding the following subsection:- (f) For the purposes of transportation 
3reimbursements only, a recovery high school shall be considered a regional school, subject to 
4appropriation.
