2626 An Act to special education transportation reimbursement from 75% to 90%.
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1. Section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
3030 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in subsection (c) the words “and
3131 3transportation”.
3232 4 SECTION 2: Section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
3333 5Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “threshold.” , the following:
3434 6Transportation costs shall be reimbursed at 90%.
