reimbursement from 75% to 90%. Education.

An Act to special education transportation reimbursement from 75% to 90%.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in subsection (c) the words “and 
3transportation”.
4 SECTION 2: Section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 
5Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “threshold.” , the following: 
6Transportation costs shall be reimbursed at 90%.
