2727 An Act relative to food stamp enrollment for seniors.
2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Subsection (b) of section 2A of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 
3131 22020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph:- 
3232 3 The department shall, in conjunction with the department of elder affairs and councils on
3333 4aging, provide educational programs at senior centers and outreach to elderly persons, to assist
3434 5with enrollment of eligible food stamp participants over the age of 60.
