An Act relative to food stamp enrollment for seniors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Subsection (b) of section 2A of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the  
22020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph:-  
3 The department shall, in conjunction with the department of elder affairs and councils on 
4aging, provide educational programs at senior centers and outreach to elderly persons, to assist 
5with enrollment of eligible food stamp participants over the age of 60.
