| 28 | 28 | | 1 Section 4 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, is hereby amended by adding the |

| 30 | 30 | | 3 (m) The cannabis control commission, in consultation with the Massachusetts cannabis |

| 31 | 31 | | 4advisory board, shall create a searchable online database of all operational cannabis dispensaries |

| 32 | 32 | | 5that allows users to identify economic empowerment applicants, social equity program |

| 33 | 33 | | 6participants, disadvantaged business enterprises, unionized organizations, organizations under |

| 34 | 34 | | 7investigation, and other criteria identified by the commission and advisory board available on the |

| 35 | 35 | | 8commission's website no later than Dec. 31, 2024. |
