An Act to support cannabis equity businesses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 4 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, is hereby amended by adding the 
2following subsection:-
3 (m) The cannabis control commission, in consultation with the Massachusetts cannabis 
4advisory board, shall create a searchable online database of all operational cannabis dispensaries 
5that allows users to identify economic empowerment applicants, social equity program 
6participants, disadvantaged business enterprises, unionized organizations, organizations under 
7investigation, and other criteria identified by the commission and advisory board available on the 
8commission's website no later than Dec. 31, 2024.
