| 28 | 28 | of the same, as follows: | |
| 29 | 29 | 1 Said section 3 of chapter 21N, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in | |
| 30 | 30 | 2subsection (b), clauses (v) and (vi) and inserting in place thereof the following:- | |
| 31 | 31 | 3 (v) a 2045 statewide greenhouse gas emissions limit that achieves at least net zero | |
| 32 | 32 | 4statewide greenhouse gas emissions. |
