An Act relative to a stronger emissions limit to safeguard our environment.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Said section 3 of chapter 21N, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in 
2subsection (b), clauses (v) 	and (vi) and inserting in place thereof the following:-
3 (v) a 2045 statewide greenhouse gas emissions limit that achieves at least net zero 
4statewide greenhouse gas emissions.
