| 28 | 28 | | 1 Section 2 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, |

| 29 | 29 | | 2is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “facility”, in line 41, the following:- |

| 30 | 30 | | 3 “; provided, however, that this paragraph shall not apply to possession or consumption of |

| 31 | 31 | | 4medical use marijuana as defined in chapter 94I; or (4) authorize the possession or consumption |
