The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act to allow students access to prescription cannabis. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 2 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, 2is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “facility”, in line 41, the following:- 3 “; provided, however, that this paragraph shall not apply to possession or consumption of 4medical use marijuana as defined in chapter 94I; or (4) authorize the possession or consumption 5of marijuana or marijuana accessories”.
