31 | 31 | | 1 Notwithstanding the provisions of any special or general law to the contrary, any court |

32 | 32 | | 2officer regularly and permanently employed by the trial court who transferred from any county |
---|
33 | 33 | | 3sheriff's department on or after January 1, 1998, shall be entitled to have his years of prior |
---|
34 | 34 | | 4service during which he was regularly and permanently employed by that sheriff's department |

35 | 35 | | 5count toward his vacation benefits in the trial court. |
