2828 An Act relative to the sewer rate relief fund.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1: Section 2Z of Chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016
3232 2official edition, is hereby amended by adding after the words “aforementioned laws.” the
3333 3following:- No less than $4,000,000 from the general fund be allocated to the Sewer Rate Relief
3434 4Fund with no less than $400,000 allocated to the town of Tewksbury for sewer relief purposes.
3535 5 SECTION 2: This bill shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
