of David Allen Robertson for the allocation of a certain sum of money to the town of Tewksbury 
for sewer relief purposes from the Sewer Rate Relief Fund. Environment and Natural Resources.

An Act relative to the sewer rate relief fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1: Section 2Z of Chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 
2official edition, is hereby amended by adding after the words “aforementioned laws.” the 
3following:- No less than $4,000,000 from the general fund be allocated to the Sewer Rate Relief 
4Fund with no less than $400,000 allocated to the town of Tewksbury for sewer relief purposes.
5 SECTION 2: This bill shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
