Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1: Section 2Z of Chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 2official edition, is hereby amended by adding after the words “aforementioned laws.” the 3following:- No less than $4,000,000 from the general fund be allocated to the Sewer Rate Relief 4Fund with no less than $400,000 allocated to the town of Tewksbury for sewer relief purposes. 5 SECTION 2: This bill shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
