| 32 | 32 | | 2companies shall have the option of offering insurance discounts to licensed operators of motor |

| 33 | 33 | | 3vehicles who complete a marijuana impairment education course. The course may be offered by |

| 34 | 34 | | 4accredited driving schools and insurance companies, pending approval from the commissioner of |

| 35 | 35 | | 5insurance, and the course curriculum must include a module on the dangers of driving under the |

| 36 | 36 | | 6influence of marijuana. |
