2626 An Act relative to MassHealth managed care pharmacy benefit reimbursement rates.
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Section 9C of Chapter 118E of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding at the end
3030 2thereof the following:
3131 3 "All MassHealth Managed Care Organizations and Accountable Care Organizations are
3232 4required to reimburse pharmacies at the same rate as described in the MassHealth Pharmacy
3333 5Provider Manual.
3434 6 The Commissioner of the Division of Insurance and the Secretary of Health and Human
3535 7Services shall promulgate regulations to enforce the provisions of this act."
