Health Care Financing. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court (2025-2026) _______________ An Act relative to MassHealth managed care pharmacy benefit reimbursement rates. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 9C of Chapter 118E of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding at the end 2thereof the following: 3 "All MassHealth Managed Care Organizations and Accountable Care Organizations are 4required to reimburse pharmacies at the same rate as described in the MassHealth Pharmacy 5Provider Manual. 6 The Commissioner of the Division of Insurance and the Secretary of Health and Human 7Services shall promulgate regulations to enforce the provisions of this act."
