| 28 | 28 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all public |

| 29 | 29 | | 2institutions of higher education, as set forth in section 5 of chapter 15A of the General Laws, |

| 30 | 30 | | 3shall, no later than September 1, 2027, develop and adopt written policies and procedures to |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 4accept in full all appropriate college credits earned by students in advanced placement courses |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 5who have successfully completed these courses, and have achieved proficient advanced |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 6placement test scores to satisfy these credits. |
