2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all public
2929 2institutions of higher education, as set forth in section 5 of chapter 15A of the General Laws,
3030 3shall, no later than September 1, 2027, develop and adopt written policies and procedures to
3131 4accept in full all appropriate college credits earned by students in advanced placement courses
3232 5who have successfully completed these courses, and have achieved proficient advanced
3333 6placement test scores to satisfy these credits.
