An Act relative to college credits for AP courses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all public 
2institutions of higher education, as set forth in section 5 of chapter 15A of the General Laws, 
3shall, no later than September 1, 2027, develop and adopt written policies and procedures to 
4accept in full all appropriate college credits earned by students in advanced placement courses 
5who have successfully completed these courses, and have achieved proficient advanced 
6placement test scores to satisfy these credits.
