2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 94G, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting
2929 2after the word “concentrate” in paragraph 1 of subsection (a) the following sentence:-
3030 3 “, not more than 10mgs of THC per serving of marijuana beverage or tincture products,
3131 4and not more than 100mgs of THC per package of the marijuana beverage or tincture product;”
