An Act to expand access to cannabis beverage products.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 94G, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting 
2after the word “concentrate” in paragraph 1 of subsection (a) the following sentence:-
3 “, not more than 10mgs of THC per serving of marijuana beverage or tincture products, 
4and not more than 100mgs of THC per package of the marijuana beverage or tincture product;”
