| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, |

| 30 | 30 | | 2is hereby amended by inserting, after section 27H, the following new section:- |

| 31 | 31 | | 3 Section 27I. Wages paid for work performed on the construction of a health care facility, |

| 32 | 32 | | 4as defined in section 25B of chapter 111, or other public health projects, as deemed by the |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5commissioner of public health, shall not be subject to the provisions of sections 26 through 27C |
