An Act relative to a public health prevailing wage exemption.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, 
2is hereby amended by inserting, after section 27H, the following new section:-
3 Section 27I. Wages paid for work performed on the construction of a health care facility, 
4as defined in section 25B of chapter 111, or other public health projects, as deemed by the 
5commissioner of public health, shall not be subject to the provisions of sections 26 through 27C 
6of this chapter.
