29 | 29 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
---|
30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |

31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or by-law or ordinance to the |
---|
32 | 32 | | 2contrary, no municipality that operates a permit program for the parking of motor vehicles for a |
---|
33 | 33 | | 3duration between 2 days and 366 days shall charge in excess of a daily limit of $7 for each day of |
---|
34 | 34 | | 4said permit's validity. |
---|
35 | 35 | | 5 SECTION 2. The daily limit established in section 1 shall be increased by $0.50 on |
---|
36 | 36 | | 6December 31 of each year. |
---|
37 | 37 | | 7 SECTION 3. This act shall take effect on January 1, 2024 |
