2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 Chapter 62 of the General Laws of Massachusetts is hereby amended by inserting the
2929 2following subsection after Section 3(B)(a)(20):
3030 3 "(21) In the case of an individual who has attained the age of 65 years on or before the
3131 4last day of the taxable year, an amount equal to $50,000."
