In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court

An Act relative to income tax relief for senior citizens.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 62 of the General Laws of Massachusetts is hereby amended by inserting the 
2following subsection after Section 3(B)(a)(20):
3 "(21) In the case of an individual who has attained the age of 65 years on or before the 
4last day of the taxable year, an amount equal to $50,000."
