| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Subsection 2 of section 44D of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as |

| 30 | 30 | | 2appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the fifth sentence, in |

| 31 | 31 | | 3lines 66-67, inclusive, and inserting in place thereof the following sentence: |

| 33 | 33 | | 5as defined in section 7 of chapter 4 except that financial information contained in the application |
