| 31 | 31 | | 1 Chapter 30B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby |

| 32 | 32 | | 2amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:- |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 Section 24. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary and to the extent |

| 34 | 34 | | 4permitted by federal law, a state agency or governmental body shall procure a minimum of ten |

| 35 | 35 | | 5percent of the contract value of products by businesses, as defined in section 3A of chapter 23A |
