| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 22 of Chapter 21A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 |

| 30 | 30 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking subsection clauses (iv) and (v) of subsection (c) |

| 31 | 31 | | 3and inserting in place thereof the following:- |

| 32 | 32 | | 4 (iv) to promote energy efficiency, conservation and demand response; |

| 33 | 33 | | 5 (v) to reimburse the commonwealth for costs associated with the administration of the |

| 35 | 35 | | 7 (vi) to reimburse cities and towns for loss of tax revenue associated with the |
