2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after
2929 2section 8M the following section
3030 3 Section 8N. Businesses in the Commonwealth may not only retrieve information from
3131 4consumers by electronically scanning their ID, but the information may also be allowed to be
3232 5entered manually.
