| 32 | 32 | | 22020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second sentence the following |

| 33 | 33 | | 3sentence:- The registrar’s examination of an applicant who is surrendering an operator’s license |

| 34 | 34 | | 4issued by another state or U.S. territory shall include the successful completion of the |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5examination and driving test for a junior operator’s license provided in clause (d) of the second |
