An Act relative to out of state operator’s motor vehicle license applications.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 The first paragraph of section 8 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the
22020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second sentence the following
3sentence:- The registrar’s examination of an applicant who is surrendering an operator’s license
4issued by another state or U.S. territory shall include the successful completion of the
5examination and driving test for a junior operator’s license provided in clause (d) of the second
6paragraph of this section.
