| 29 | 29 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding chapter 32 of the General Laws or any other general or |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 2special law to the contrary, the Hampden county regional retirement board shall credit Edward E. |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 3Kivari Jr., a member of the Hampden county regional retirement system, with creditable service |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4during the period of 1997 to 2011, inclusive, as a member of the zoning board of appeals in the |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5town of Wilbraham. The board shall determine and credit him with creditable service for the |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6amount of actual time worked during this period in accordance with section 4 of said chapter 32. |

| 37 | 37 | | 7 SECTION 2. Eligibility for this creditable service shall be conditioned upon |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 8payment by Edward E. Kivari Jr. to the Hampden county regional retirement system of an |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | 9amount equal to that which would have been withheld as regular deductions from his regular |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | 10compensation for such previous service plus buyback interest, in 1 lump sum or installments, as |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | 11the Hampden county regional retirement board shall prescribe. |
