An Act providing curriculum transparency.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1E of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, 
2is hereby amended by striking out the final sentence and inserting in place thereof the following:- 
3 A copy of the frameworks shall be submitted to the joint committee on education, arts 
4and humanities, and made 	publicly available on the board’s website, at least 60 days prior to 
5taking effect.
