2626 An Act relative to the town of Cheshire's special election.
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or by-law to the contrary, all
3030 2acts and proceedings taken by the Town of Cheshire preceding and related to the August 12,
3131 32024 Special Election and all actions taken pursuant thereto are hereby ratified, validated and
3232 4confirmed notwithstanding any omissions in procedure or process with respect to the posting of
3333 5the Special Election Warrant and related voter information.
3434 6 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
